FAQ

Some questions, some answers

Read This Before You Ask Me “But Will It Work?”

If you’re here, you’ve probably tried the quick fixes, the “just think positive” advice, and maybe even a few midnight Google rabbit holes. Spoiler alert: none of that sticks. This work is real, it’s deep, and it’s not for people looking for a magic wand. Below are the most common questions I get—along with answers that are as direct as the coaching you’ll get from me.

Who is this for?

Anyone who’s tired of their own crap and ready to actually do something about it. If you’re done replaying the same story in your head, stuck in victim mode, and you’re ready to rewrite the script—you’re in the right place.
Mic-drop:If you’re not ready to change, you’ll hate it here.

How can I get the healing results I want?

Two words: patience and consistency. This isn’t a “fix it in five minutes” thing—it’s a long-term renovation. We stick with one area until it’s actually ready to move on, and that can take months…or years. Think of it like tending a garden: you can’t rush the bloom, but if you keep showing up, it will happen.
Mic-drop:Slow growth is still growth—ask a tree.

Do you give homework?

Oh yes but ONLY for weekly clients. You can’t copy off the person next to you. This is your work, your life, and your growth. If you skip it, you’re only cheating yourself (and I’ll probably call you out on it).
Mic-drop:No homework, no results—simple math.

What’s your coaching style?

Direct, warm, and a little bit spicy. I’ll celebrate your wins, but I’ll also hold up the mirror when you’re getting in your own way. You’ll always know where you stand with me.
Mic-drop:I’m your biggest cheerleader and your reality check—all in one.

Will this “fix” me?

You’re not broken—you don’t need fixing. You might be a little scratched up or running on an outdated operating system, but this work is about upgrading how you think, respond, and take action.
Mic-drop:We’re here to upgrade, not replace.

Closing

If you’ve made it this far, chances are you’re more than ready—you’re just deciding if you want to keep circling the same block or finally take a new road. When you’re ready to stop talking about change and start living it, book your session.
